Sorry guys been busy in real life. Unfortunately I still have not heard back from SE, sent another email asking for an answer. While it is frustrating, remember this is just a game. I it comes out that they are indeed lost in the system I will be the first to apologies to Chintook. But as if right now I am leaning towards the fact that he sent them to another account. I will post when I find out. I have messages from Chintook that ask me for cards that he has never sent, and by his own admission "oh sorry thought I sent you a card". Multiple times after posting this thread.

Post Fyi, I don't know what phones you guys use. But I ALWAYS take a screenshot prior to sending any cards to anybody(trading, helping, etc). I try to take 3 screen shots, 1 with the stuff you are sending and ofcourse players IGN in background, 2 try to time the screenshot as the game is "loading" after your have clicked sent(for iphones its that circular load thingy), and 3 the screen after your have "successfully sent/accepted" the trade/gift. Always have proof or a pic to backtrack if you forget(or in this case the person you sent the cards to forgets) who, when and what cards were sent out. Technology is here to help you out at the push of a button. Also try to save your conversation thread here in forum PMs so you can qoute the conversations to help mods figure out issues. I will never communicate with someone in-game for trade/gift/catalogue help purposes, because its too much of a hassle to take screen shots of the conversation. At best I'd give an e-mail and have the conversation there, if having it here on the forum isn't possible (player isnt forum member). All this proof/evidence is also helpful in expediting complaints/requests with SE, as they are able to determine/track better on what happened, and who's right or wrong.

Post Yeah first time I've done an all "in game" conversation. I have a couple screenshots of responses but its is hard. I apologize to the community didnt know it would cause such a ruckus. I chock this up as an expensive lesson, and will only deal with people I have dealt with in the past. Thanks for the concern though

Post Look, Chintook has all the time to read this already, the fact that he ignored it means that he obviously scammed and does not want to return Lavnic's rightful possessions.

Ban.

Exactly what I thought. If he at least care, he would have offered to compensate some loss rather than just ignoring.

Post My thoughts as well, but I at least wanted to be thorough before having the ban hammer dropped.
