Spotting giveaway investigation

I have contacted the op, but he hasn't been on since I sent the pm. I also received a card from spotting, but it is properly skilled. I do have it on my alt account to incubate and won't use it on my main account for at least a week.

Glad to hear someone more experienced and knowledgeable is in the same boat.

By the way, can someone change the title of this thread to something more appropriate? Closed is not relevant at this point. Thanks!

Post Here is the evidence gathered thus far:

The Ungur in question is definitely an illicit card. There is no way to level a card to 60 and only learn 1 skill legitimately. Here is the screenshot proof:

Per conversations with mal, the second Ungur was obtained after the illicit one which is consistent with the picture.

I have reached out to spotting, but as this was a goodbye giveaway it is unlikely he will log on again and provide any clarity on this.

At this time I would exercise extreme caution with cards received from the giveaway. I know it is difficult but the safest course of action would be to feed them away.

I will also say that cards obtained through this giveaway should not be traded because of the high probability of them being hacked.

Post I just got an AceR FFV Gilg from him. He looks legit and properly skilled with LS, Phys +4, and Atk +20. : 3

I don't think illicit cards can be reborn right?

Post Unfortunately any card can be made by hackers and they do reborn cards too. Since one card provided by "spotting" was definitely a hacked one, there is a strong likelihood others were too. Up to you if you want to run the risk of being banned.

Cheers

Post yup if one of his card is hacked and he knows it. there is a strong possibility that the other card given in his giveaways were also hacked

Post Just to share... the two cards he sent me were an AceR Poseidon FS, and a Lv. 42 Ace Vampire. The AceR Poseidon appears to be skilled properly. I tried putting him in my coliseum team, but I got a message saying he was coli-locked. Out of curiosity, I looked up spotting in-game... and saw that he hadn't entered coli this week. So, then, my card must have been in coli on a different account this week, correct? Would you be any more or less suspicious of a hack based on that info?
